I Passed!

I passed the qual. I knew it would be tough, but it was even more difficult than I imagined. I would rather have my teeth pulled than go through that experience again. Congratulations to Dan, who also passed his qual a few days ago. I think he described it best: "It was pretty much the most miserable experience of my life, but I survived."

The oral portion of the qualifying exam that I mentioned previously is scheduled for Wednesday. Once this is behind me, there will be more activity on the blog. We have lots of Gilly pictures and videos waiting to be posted!
